I'm creating "a party of special magnificence" for my heroine right before I send her off on a horrible adventure and torture her mercilessly. I just let her have a whole afternoon of ridiculous treatments at a high end salon. She has donned her specially made dress. And she and her best friend have just been given these for their 16th birthday.

I'll post a word count when I finish for today. I have already passed the 50% complete mark! HUZZA! I'm so pleased about that.

Apart from Salem, MA and Nova Scotia -- I also need to go to Greece. At least I have been to Salem and Nova Scotia.
