I'm feeling slightly ill over Prop 8 in California, but I'm still full of GLEE about Obama! And I checked the Globe to see what happened here.

DUDE!

We are not repealing the state income tax! That would have been AWFUL!
Betting on dog racing is now ILLEGAL! Which means no more dog racing! \o/ yay greyhounds! yay dogs!
And the penalty for marijuana is going to be changed for the better I think.

I LOVE MY STATE! MASSACHUSETTS! YAY! \o/

Now, I have to go see if I can get some work done. The editing/proofreading is going slowly. If you're expecting this manuscript to show up in your email I can't say when that will be, but I am just doing what I need to do and if that means I have to wait until after Thanksgiving to get my agent a FABULOUS draft I will do that rather than sending something so-so now. *deep breath*

The editing is moving slow like molasses in January.

I wanted to keep posting tips and encouragement for people doing NaNo, in part because you lot have been wonderful about encouraging me all through this novel. I figure it is the least I can do. Except I have zero coherent thoughts this evening.
