I forgot to take my 1mg of abilify last night and I don't know if that's why I didn't sleep for 24 hours. I finally drifted off around 11am for a whopping 3 hours of sleep. I feel like someone put my brain through a meat grinder, rolled it around in grit, and stuffed it back into my cranium.

I have coffee. It is not helping. Please send Morpheus or even morphine.
