Oh, I think I would be an OK mom if my health was better. But I just turned 39 and though part of me does want to have a kidlet David is not on board because of my health problems. I'd have to go off my meds and we're not sure what that would do to me. Generally I backslide into my depression off meds and can't do much of anything. And we don't have any close family or friends whom we could rely on for help if I had an infant and couldn't handle it. So it isn't practical and the idea scares both of us. If I feel like I still want a kid in a few years and my health is good and we can afford it--we'll likely adopt so that my meds are not an issue.
